Trying for 3 days now to contact your customer service because my TV cable service has totally quit. I have been left hanging on the phone for better than 45 min each time. I am very deaf and ask that you respond by email. This is very upsetting and stressful. I am 78 yrs old and watching TV programs & Netflix is my only entertainment. Please respond ASAP.
My account is fully paid up.
