I was send an email that my package had been delivered and went to Total Office Supply to pick it up. I walked in and followed the arrows and a woman rudely told me to go outside. I said that I have a mask exemption and she insisted I go outside. I said my name so that she could go and get my package and she informed me that she would not be serving me. How odd. They work for Purolator and I have a right to my package. I stood outside past the line that said I could not cross without a mask. The woman came and said that she would not serve me and grabbed the door and shut it in my face. There is something very wrong with the service here and the owner seems to have some huge issues that she must overcome regarding customer service. Purolator needs to find a better outlet for service as this one is unable to do the job anymore.
